We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 9-20 business days from the date that it is placed.
Processing time:
Please note that once orders are placed and registered in our system, we cannot edit them. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days after purchase. However, please allow up to 5 working days for processing (especially during promotional periods).

How to track my order?
Because the shipment is from China, the tracking number displayed on the order is the Chinese tracking number, and the package needs to arrive at the local security check before we can receive the local tracking number.
You need to contact customer service service@laimengfivecats.com for your tracking number.
1) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
3) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
