At LAI MENG FIVE CATS, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item
Please contact our customer support team at service@laimengfivecats.com and include:

The reason for your return
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and our authorized return address.
Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship them back using your preferred local courier service.
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once completed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our support team before returning your item. We’ll do our best to assist you with the exchange process.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

All original tags and packaging must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, stains, perfume, damage, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets)
Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
